Vic Reynolds was elected as the District Attorney of the Cobb Judicial Circuit, effective January 1st, 2013. He manages a staff of 120 employees, including 40 prosecuting attorneys. Vic is a former police officer, Assistant District Attorney, Chief Magistrate Judge, and was a partner in the law firm of Berry & Reynolds before running for DA.
Vic was born and raised in Rome, Georgia and is a graduate of the Floyd County public school system. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia Southern University and his law degree from Georgia State College of Law.
Vic is involved in a number of civic organizations and also serves as the Chairman of the Cobb Elder Abuse Task Force on Domestic Violence. Vic is on the advisory board at Kennestone Hospital and is a member of the Marietta Kiwanis club. He and his wife Holly have been married over 30 years and they have 2 grown daughters. They are members of Marietta First United Methodist Church. Vic is the host of the access cable television show “Gavel to Gavel” and his first book was published in June, 2015.
