Sucheta Rawal - Food and Travel Writer, Author


Sucheta Rawal is an award-winning food and travel writer, author, cooking instructor and philanthropist. Originally from India, Sucheta graduated from Georgia State University with a Masters in Finance. Sucheta has traveled to 65 countries (and counting) bringing back exclusive experiences, which she shares through writing, speaking engagements and cooking classes. She currently writes for CheapOAir, Creative Loafing Atlanta, The Huffington Post, Khabar, and her blog, Go Eat Give.

As the founder and executive director of the nonprofit, Go Eat Give, Sucheta’s organizes cultural, culinary and volunteer trips; and cultural awareness events in Atlanta.

In 2016, Sucheta is launching her series of children’s illustrative books on travel called Beato Goes To Greenland. The stories are meant to inspire young readers to learn about different countries and cultures, as well as develop their own wanderlust.

Sucheta was named one of the five most influential bloggers on culture in the world by the Foundation of Florence in Italy.
