Bill Woulfin joined Rotary in 1997 and served as President of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody 2003-2004. He is a Paul Harris Fellow, a Paul Harris Society Charter member. Both he and his wife, Leslie, are Rotary Foundation Bequest Society members Level 4 as well as Level Four Major Donors.

He has served in numerous District level positions including District Governor, Foundation Chair-Major Donors (2 years), District Centennial Chair, District Conference Chair, and District Conference Publicity Chair. He has served three years as the District Foundation Chair for the Future Vision pilot, the District Conference Chair for 2011-2012, the Zone34 Endowment Major Gift Advisor in 2013 and is on the HOC Executive Board for the 2017 International Convention. He has participated in numerous District Assemblies and PETS Conferences as a trainer and is a Discussion Leader for RLI.

He has received the District 6900 Rotarian of the Year Award and, during his year as President of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody. He has been awarded the Rotary Foundations highest award, The Citation for Meritorious Service.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Metabolic Testing Services, a company that he formed to provide advanced cardio-pulmonary exercise testing for primary care physicians.
