PDG Bill Mulkey was always quick to remind us of the value of each dollar contributed to The Rotary Foundation. He was passionate about the good we could do through the Rotary Foundation and encouraged us all to give what we could and get involved in all the programs the Foundation has to offer - from Group Study Exchange to Global Grants, Ambassadorial Scholars and more.
One of the ways we are honoring Bill Mulkey is through new contributions to TRF in Bill's name to bring him to the next level as a Major Donor. If you would like to contribute to the cash gift for Bill, make a tax deductible donation to the “Dunwoody Charitable Fund” (a 501c3). We will put all gifts together with a donation from our club and send it to The Rotary Foundation in his name. This will not count towards your individual Foundation giving, but instead be a tribute to the cause that Bill loved – The Rotary Foundation. To make that gift, please reach out to jstipick@att.net for mailing instructions.
We are also doing a tribute book for Bill's wife Beverly and his daughters. Find out how you can contribute ... [more]
Join the Rotary Club of North Atlanta and DeKalb Rotarians on July 31, 2021 in our annual FODAC (Friends of Disabled Adults and Children) equipment drive. With your help in years past, this project has collected approximately $1,000,000 worth of durable medical equipment from local residents and businesses in the metro Atlanta area; that equipment is then refurbished and redistributed to those in need.
