The Rotary Club of Columbus hosted an End Human Trafficking Training Event for law enforcement, medical, and non-profit workers Jan. 28-Jan. 30 at the Piedmont Midtown Medical Center. This was a project in Collaboration with the other two Rotary Clubs in Columbus. We had food donated for breakfast, lunch, and a snack. Our club started the End Human Trafficking Committee/Taskforce that includes Rotary members, and members of the community who want to help end this horrible crime.
In addition, our club provided two engraved benches for Micah's Promise for their tennis courts. Members came for the dedication ceremony the home and toured the home as well.
