Dolores has over 30 years of Customer Service experience and Etiquette Training specializing in the airlines, hospitals, consulting, retail industries, schools, and volunteer organizations. She has proven skills in leadership, training, event coordination, relationship management, customer service, communication, creative organization improvement ideas and best practices, problem solving, department/team building and turnarounds, project management, supervision and mentoring. She is an expert in Protocol and Etiquette, trained by both the Washington and American Schools of Protocol.
Currently, Dolores is a Certified Event Planner. She also teaches Corporate Etiquette and Protocol. Additionally, she works with an insurance company managing their Customer Service. She is the Ms. Senior Georgia, 2014-2015.
Dolores is the immediate Past Co-President of Dunwoody Preservation Trust as of February, 2017. She has spent the last 10 years on Dunwoody Preservation Trust Board of Directors and worked as the Event Manager at the Cheek-Spruill House owned by Dunwoody Preservation Trust.
Dolores has four children, 7 grandchildren, and was married to the late Douglas C. Lauderdale, III. She is native to Atlanta and is a 4th generation Atlantan. She has traveled extensively in the United States, Europe, Canada, South America, West Indies, the Caribbean, and the Orient. Her hobbies are skiing, both water and snow, tennis, working out, volunteering, and family.
